A Start
Well, I started. We started. 10 years ago I was not a runner. Only since we moved house, maybe more space created space. What do I want to do with this site? I want to learn. I want to search and write the latest in mental health and running.
When I started running, it was just a way to create some sort of fitness. Most of my adult life, I was not fit but finally through running, I slowly built fitness. It grew to a habit, not sure how and it definitely took time. What also took time was building fitness. I did not track it at the time, but at least 6 to 12 months if not 1 to 2 years! What is shocking to me now at my age is how quickly fitness disappears if stopping for whatever reason, travel, injuries etc. Though, with base fitness level built, it's doable to re-build back to a regular level of fitness in a shorter time frame.
As for this site, let's see where it goes. I want to learn site and newsletter building and learn more about fitness, running, technology with AI, and mental health. Hopefully you will join me and enjoy the content.
